While I am not a doctor there are some immediate tips that I think we can offer for a healthy Valentine’s day, some are:
1. When choosing a gift of sweets for valentine’s day Dark chocolates are the best and sweetest health choice.
Some of the benefits are :

2. The gift of flowers has a soothing effect on our mental health in that we feel better just looking at them. During the dreary winter month flowers are a great way to combat winter blues.
3. Massage Gifts: offer a tremendous benefit in helping us to relieve tension and stress in our bodies which often leads to muscular, skeletal problems
4. Listening to your favorite music offers a way of relaxation and wine down after a stressful day, Not to mention that dancing is great for cardio.
5. This is also is a great time for The occasional celebratory glass of wine, which also has great health benefits when consumed in moderation
6. Start a Happiness planner /journal . Be sure each night to fill it with self-reflection, questions, action items, intentions and Gratitude. These journals will help you to focus on s planning the big and small aspects of your life, while acknowledging your desires and being in gratitude and Thanks for what you already have and have accomplished. Make your planner/journal even more personal by tapping the artist inside and creating your own from a simple composition notebook. Here is a look at mine from the last two years, made by me.
Whatever you choose to do this year, Have a Happy and Healthy Valentines Day... and know that you are loved,
